I just completed 2/3 of the appt for today. the dermatologist & the renal’s. the next coming appt will be the dietician’s which will be at 4pm,4 hours from now.

fyi,im actually blogging from the hospital. nyehaha!


The blood tests results for yesterday was,on a general basis,stable.the only thing that were off the range was my cholesterol level and the uric acid.it went off the limit a tad too high.

from now,I really have to watch my diet and reduce my nuts intake.told the coordinator the real situation where I totaLly forgot about the blood tests and hence,stuff myself with the nutty nuts.and,and,my weight had increase by 1.1kg.:(

so,it’s a good thing that I’m meeting the dietician today.help me please!


Things that I can do to control my diet:
1. reduce my chicken intake.omg!i’m just a chicken lover.
2. Eat healthily.more vegetables and fruits instead of junk foods.(didn’t consume that much of junk food actually)
3. Eat less nuts.(strictly lesser)


That aside.

I think I’ve been very observant for the past few days.these were what I observe yesterday and today when I was making my way to the hospital.


1.a public nose-digger in the train.
How disgusting!he was sitting opposite me in the train and happily digging his nose as if it was no one’s business!!YUCKS!


2.a chaotic aunty.
She boarded the crowded bus that I was in this morning and was somehow speaking in a high tone for the people inside to move in.there wasn’t any space anymore.trust me!and the auntie was quite angry when she had to stand at the steps.hello!be grateful that you are already in the bus lah!


3.a documentary about penguin.
I remembered the funny joke huzainie told a few of us when we were heading to the mrt station.

Here is it:why do penguins have white front and black back?
Answer:because the penguin can only clean their front with their flaps and not their back.haha!!(got it?)

Ermm..wat else?
